Jocelyn Johnson is a devoted woman of faith and philanthropy, spurred by personal tragedy to champion community health and environmental sustainability.
With a BA from Hampton University and MS/MBA from American Intercontinental University, she merges her passions as Senior Director of Business Development for an EV charging company.
Boasting 15+ years in corporate law, brand management, and consulting, Jocelyn excels in enhancing processes and mentoring startups, guided by her belief in fostering strong relationships for business success.
Carol Burrows, Secretary
Carol Burrows is currently a SPED World Literature and American Literature teacher at Harrison High
School. She is a dedicated individual with a passion for education and community service. She graduated
Magna Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University (GCU) with a degree in Elementary Education &
Special Education, showcasing her commitment to inclusive and quality learning environments.
Kim Waddy, Vice President
Kim is a breast cancer survivor and first lady of Central Community Church in Jackson, Mississippi. She is currently employed with the Madison County School district as an Autism Specialist.
Kim is dedicated to the vision of Better Day Givings and provides prayer to cancer patients and survivors who request it through the service.
Veronica Harrell, Marketing
She offers Traffic Reports daily on Kiss 104.1 FM, 95.5 WSB Radio as well as, WSBTV
Channel2 Action News Weekend. She is a wife and mother and currently resides in an Atlanta suburb.
Janelle Koziara, Marketing
I graduated from Oral Roberts University with a BSN in nursing and have since accumulated 40 years of experience in hospital, office, and community health nursing. Currently, I work full-time in the Cobb County School District and part-time with the Cobb Douglas Public Health Department.
Married to Gene for nearly 40 years, we cherish our three children and three grandsons. My interests include health and fitness, particularly HIIT and kickboxing classes, as well as hiking adventures in national parks. I’m an avid reader and lifelong learner, always seeking to expand my knowledge and make a positive impact.
